Anthony swept my chimney way back in August. At that time he informed me not to use my woodstove because something in the flue could potentially allow embers to land on my porch. He told me he would order the part it needed and come back to install it the following week.(HE SAID THIS REPAIR WOULD BE NO CHARGE SO I PAID HIM AN EXTRA 10% BECAUSE OF HIS WILLINGNESS TO HELP) He canceled the return trip because of rain in the area. It wasn't widespread and in fact did not rain at my house that day. Since then I have called Anthony and the office multiple times but for whatever reason I have not been put on the schedule. The last time i spoke to Anthony he said i could go ahead and use my stove but when he was at my house told me very clearly not to because i risked burning down my home. I'm certainly not taking the chance until it is inspected again and repaired properly. It is in the 20's and 30's every night in Black Forest now and I need to be able to use my stove.
