While scheduling this project had some hurdles, if there were cancellations on your part, there was little follow-up to reschedule. Homeowners were frustrated.

I appreciate that you were upfront with me about the problems with my fireplaces. You could have just cleaned them both and then said "oh but you can't use them because of this, this, and this." and charged me the cleaning fees. Instead you took a look at them and when you realized that neither were usable without some major repairs you only charged us a service fee. I appreciate the honesty more than you'll ever know! When we finally get to a point of being able to get them fixed, your company will be the one we call.
