James went above and beyond in helping us. He not only fixed our fireplace but also helped with another problem that we would've had to call another repairman for. He was so kind and gentlemanly but also very professional. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. By the way, I have absolutely no connection with the company; I'm not even from this area. This was old school service at its best.
