Your technician came to my house to inspect and clean my chimney. After an approximate 1/2 hour inspection, he informed me that the piping coming from the fireplace through the original chimney was a double wall pipe which was not code for the city of loveland and that it was not safe to use the fireplace. He then gave me the number for someone in Ft collins who could come out and "fix" the problem. Upon further inspection, I have determined that the chiney line in question is actually 6" stainless steel, flexible chimney liner that is UL approved and have talked with the city of loveland to determine if it might be in violation of city code. They have informed me that this type of liner is within code as long as it is installed to manufacturers specification, which I believe it to be. I paid $195.00 to your company for an inspection that was way off. I was originally quoted $235.00 to inspect and clean the chimney and was told by your technician that it would be a waist of money to clean the chimney due to it, supposedly, being unsafe. I believe that I've wasted $195.00. Now I'll need to look around and find a company that can come out and clean the chimney. CS. - Loveland, CO - 01/17/2017

We paid for some Timburn solution and a pumice stone. The guy did not have them on his truck so he said he would drop it off in a couple days. I have contacted him a couple of times but he never seems to get it to us. The technician was an hour and a half late for the appointment I called him about 9:20 (appointment was at 9) and he said it would be after 10. It was snowy so I could see being a little late.
