The Fresh Sweeps services person was hired to clean our dryer vent. He spend a seemingly appropriate time at our house and said he had cleaned from the bottom up and top down. When he left we found that the dryer was not reconnect to the dryer vent and we were still getting a error code from the dryer saying it was blocked. We contacted the manufacturer LG and they sent our a dryer vent expert. He found the top of the dryer vent was clogged at the top of the vent. We contacted Fresh Sweeps. We were told we would get a call back later that day from Matt Kline. It's been a week and we have yet to hear from Fresh Sweeps. DM. - Longmont, CO - 11/20/2023
