Super polite, honest and clean. Very respectful. Could have charged me for what I booked the service for, (new home, fireplace/stove came with it and I wasn't sure how much it had been used by the previous homeowner) but James was very honest with me. Even showed me how to use my firestove properly! I've been told that I could find less expensive Chimney Sweeps, but James sealed the deal for our business, by the way he handled everything. Thank you!
