Very pleasant employee. Thorough. Took time to prepare the area so that there was no mess. Explained fully about our fireplace, since we had never used it.

I was expecting a call back to reschedule then needed service and never got a call back. I was sent a notice of cancellation instead. The original service was never completed because the guy just left. It seems like there is an issue with communication.
