Jason, the person that came to my house was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He noted that I did not need the more expensive inspection/service because my fireplace was free standing and did not charge me the extra money. I grew up burning hard woods in Michigan in a regular fireplace. Jason gave me good safety and maintenance information that I was curious about not that I am using a wood stove and softer woods.

He was so nice, and explained everything really well, so we now know what we're dealing with in the future. We have so much more peace of mind now knowing it's clean and in good shape.

I loved the excellent service I received from Jason, and had both my chimney swept and dryer vent cleaned. I was shocked at the amount of lint in the filter and the fire hazard it posed.
I will call them again next year!
